Reservation Information
Tree lighting ceremony is not recommended for infants and small children. Infants and small children are often startled or frightened and begin crying, disrupting the serenity for the audience. We recommend bringing them to the daytime viewing of the tree.
Seating is reserved for paid admissions. Young children must be held on parents or guardians lap unless they have a paid admissions ticket. All seats are $10.00
For large groups of 10 or more we require payment in advance by cash, check or money order only. Patrons paying in advance can choose to have their tickets mailed to them upon our receiving the fee or pick up their tickets at Stonehedge just before the lighting. Payments in advance are not eligible for a cash refund unless we are notified at least seven days in advance of the cancellation (either for individuals or the entire party). However, any tickets that are unused after that time restriction may be used at another date and time (a new reservation is required) or may be used towards a purchase in the gift shop.
Groups of fewer than 10 persons do not have to pay in advance but still require reservations. Small groups may pay by cash, check or money order at the counter. (Small groups may, of course, pay in advance if they wish. In that case, refunds will be the same as for large groups as stated above.)
Our seating capacity is limited to twenty-five. If you make reservations and for some reason find you are unable to attend the lighting, please call and let us know so that others may have the opportunity to fill the space for that date and time.
In order to list your reservation in our reservation book we need your last name, telephone number and number of persons in your party. Your telephone number is required so that, in the event we must cancel a lighting ceremony, we can inform you.
So that each ceremony may begin on time, we request all patrons to arrive approximately thirty minutes prior to the beginning of their scheduled reservation. This is to ensure that patrons who have other commitments following the lighting will not be delayed.

No lightings on Christmas Day. On Christmas Eve and New Year's
Eve, lightings will be held at only at 5:30.
